I'm confident I can help you. I have the education and the experience to safely lead you through a program that is individually designed to meet your needs and physical condition. Workouts focus on core stability, balance, strength and mobility. I also address any muscle imbalances, movement compensations and posture issues a client may have. I work with people of all ages. My speciality is helping older adults reach their fitness goals. I have helped clients who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer, scoliosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, chronic migraines, diabetes, neuropathy, cancer and those recovering from surgeries for joint replacements, torn rotator cuffs, torn ACLs and meniscus.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Clients who have physical limitations, movement compensations and/or joint replacement(s) will benefit from this one on one training. I can pick up where physical therapy left off and help you complete your recovery.
NUTRITIONAL STRATEGIES
Developing an eating plan will go a long way in helping your body stay healthy, recover from your workouts and achieve any aesthetic goals you may have. I will guide you through this process.


LIVE REMOTE TRAINING
Thanks to live video conferencing I will personally lead you through each workout; whether you are at home, away on business or on vacation. Workouts will be tailored to meet your needs, physical condition and equipment availability. I will provide accountability, feedback on form and the support necessary to make working out remotely a success!

I am a son, husband and father. I love making an impact in people's lives. I have been doing it for over 17 years and I am thankful for the relationships that have been built in the process.
I graduated with my bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a certified MovNat level 2 trainer.
